JULIO
Playa Hermosa local Julio Vasquez is the captain and private tour guide of Hermosa Boat Trips.
Julio is fun, educated, fluent in English, a native Spanish speaker and CPR Certified.
THE PHOTOGRAPHER
CHON
A professional photographer from Bagaces, Costa Rica, Chon brings positive energy to our trips and we like to call him “Uncle Chon”.
Chon has worked taking photos at “Roca Bruja” for over 20 years, and will be sure to capture your special moments on the boat best waves of your surf trip from the beach.
Professional photos are an extra service we proved and are not included in the price of our trips!
ABOUT OUR BOATS
local panga
We use different local Panga boats for every one of our trips.
We get the boats from several owners in the Hermosa area to support small businesses
We choose the boat based on size and motor; depending on your group size and the conditions of the weather on the day of your trip
Out boats are equipped with life preservers + safety equipment, comfortable seats, small roof for shade, toilet, sound system and Radio
We use 25 ft – 32 ft Panga boats, with a minimum Motor Speed of 115 hp Suzuki or Yamaha
